Do you belong to Christ? How do you know? Chapter 3 is a warning to all who profess faith in Christ. It is so easy to be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin and it is so easy to dismiss the warning given to us in this chapter, but we do so at our own peril. Scripture is clear, only those who persevere in faith will be saved and only those who have genuine faith will persevere.
