In our current health crisis, many people have asked, “Who has authority in this situation?” Is it the President, our governor’s task force, the CDC, WHO, our Constitution, or the people themselves? We may debate that question until we are blue in the face, but there is no question who has the ultimate authority and no question as to what our response should be.
