2,000 years ago, Jesus told His disciples, “I will build My Church…” He then commanded them, and us, to carry on His mission in the world. God has saved us, indwelt us, gifted us, authorized and empowered us to be on mission with Him. We must not succumb to fear and unbelief, rather, as God told Joshua, we are to be strong and courageous.
We have not been given a physical possession, but we have been given a vision. A vision of who God has called us to be and do. We need not be afraid or dismayed, for as He was with Moses and Joshua, He has promised to be with us also.
